The Utility Assistance Program helps current and former Dumas Wesley participants maintain utility services. This program requires accountability as the participant must pay 50% of their utility bill.  Dumas Wesley subsequently pays the remainder of the bill directly to the utility company to ensure that funds are used for intended purposes.

Assistance is available to current and former participants by appointment only.
